How are prints shipped?
Prints are shipped in sturdy 3mm postage tubes with a diameter of 152mm. This avoids rolling the prints too tightly to ensure their integrity.
Will there be additional charges for international orders?
Maybe. It depends where you live. There might be additional charges at customs for orders outside the UK. Please check your local customs policies for more information.
What kind of shipping is used?
All orders outside the UK are shipped with tracking, signed for, and insured. For orders within the UK, we provide tracking and insurance as well.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take utmost care in packaging, but in the rare event of damage during transit, we will replace your order. Please contact us with details and a photo of the damaged item.
